If you are looking for a traditional dish that doesn’t take too much time to prepare, this recipe is for you. For years, classic beef milanese has been part of our cooking repertoire. Its flavors delight both kids and adults, and there is no doubt that it is very easy to make and versatile. Beef Milanese

4 thin beef cutlets
Pepper to taste
4 garlic cloves, chopped
¼ cup of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of water
½ cup of flour
½ cup of bread crumbs
4 to 6 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Beef Milanese

In a large bowl combine the chopped garlic, parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well using the Spoonula then coat each beef filet with the mixture. In another bowl, add the eggs and 2 tablespoons of water and beat with the Combination whisk.

Coat each fillet with flour, then with the beaten egg, and finally with the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

Beef Milanese

Preheat the Classic Chef Skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and when it is hot, add the meat fillets. Cook and turn them with the Three-Way Tongs, so they are evenly browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and carefully wipe off any excess oil using a paper towel.
