  • As part of Rena Ware’s promise to promote the highest level of business standards, we subscribe to and insist that our independent sale people comply with the DSA Code of Ethics. We will work to resolve non-compliance with the Code of Ethics by investigating concerns brought forth by our customers or independent representatives through our complaint process.

    For Customers:

    If you have questions or concerns regarding an independent salesperson, you are encouraged to contact him or her directly to explain your concerns. If the salesperson does not correct the issue to your satisfaction, please contact Rena Ware by completing the following form.

  • Note:If Rena Ware does not correct the issue to your satisfaction, you may wish to file a complaint with the DSA’s Code of Ethics Administrator. Click on the DSA icon below to directly contact the DSA's Code Administrator who will investigate the situation and communicate with you directly.
